Heritage is a family organisation which specialises in providing a friendly and caring guardianship service to children of all nationalities whilst studying at Boarding School, College or University

Established in 1990, Heritage has many years experience giving assistance and reassurance to children during their studies. Heritage understands the importance of a good education balanced with excellent pastoral support.

Recommended by schools and parents of children currently or previously in our care, Heritage takes pride in the long and enduring relationships formed with our children, their parents and their schools.

Ideally placed, Heritage is based in Harrogate a beautiful Spa town close to the cities of York and Leeds. Our location affords easy access to excellent Boarding Schools, Colleges, Universities and airports.

Taking responsibility for placing your child in a secure and comfortable environment with a Heritage family during exeat and half term holidays. All our families are vetted and monitored by Heritage and most have been working with Heritage for many years.

At the beginning and end of each term, Heritage is able to make the necessary arrangements for your child’s transfer to and from airports. If your child is travelling as an Unaccompanied Minor, Heritage can accompany your child to and from the airport and school in accordance with airline requirements.

Guidance both educational and pastoral is given throughout the academic year, necessary at any time but particularly useful for both parent and child when choosing GCSEs, A Levels and University Courses. Heritage can attend Parent/Teacher Meetings on your behalf.

Emergencies can and do happen. Heritage is always able to respond in a prompt and appropriate manner. We provide parents, children and their schools with a 24 Hour Emergency Telephone Number.
